Nina Ive, Deputy Chief Executive Careers and Investment Design at the Tertiary Education Commission, says Path Finder helps remove some of the uncertainty that can come with career planning.

“With so many study, training and career options available, it can be hard to know where to begin. Path Finder helps simplify that process by showing people the most common pathways others have taken into a chosen career idea so they can identify the option that best fits their interests, goals and circumstances,” says Nina.

Starting with a career idea, people can use Path Finder to click through preferred study and training options right through to school subjects. By showing pathways others have taken, it helps users understand the different ways they can reach their goals and turn career aspirations into actionable plans that can be saved and shared.
