Here are links to funding mechanisms (also known as 159Ls) and letters of delegation issued under the Education Act 1989 by the Minister of Education.

A funding mechanism, or letter of delegation, instructs us about a fund’s purpose and the government's policy settings for the fund.

Funding mechanisms cover the majority of funds we offer tertiary education organisations (TEOs)
