The pathways are designed to strengthen teaching practice and build capability in areas that support learner success.

They include learning modules on:

  • adult literacy and numeracy teaching practice
  • Māori cultural capability
  • digital literacy
  • Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
  • developing learner agency
