English for Elementary Learners (Micro-credential) Level 1

The intent of the course is to support new immigrants to acquire the necessary English language skills for living and working in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our English language courses are organised into different levels to support the individual language skills of students.
Entrance tests inform the course level for each student, with delivery based on reading, writing, listening and speaking as the four essential skills and weekly, monthly tests, and final tests used to measure a student’s progress and language competency.
Stakeholder feedback is used for continuous improvement and to ensure that the purpose of the training is met.
