Tahatū Career Navigator empowers young New Zealanders to navigate their future.

In June 2025, the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) launched a nationwide marketing campaign to support the rollout of Tahatū Career Navigator in secondary schools.

The campaign connects with young people in authentic, engaging ways – beyond the classroom – to help them confidently plan their career paths.

About Tahatū

Tahatū Career Navigator is a trusted source of career information, tools and resources. It helps young people explore their interests, identify strengths and discover pathways aligned with their goals.

From choosing National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) subjects to exploring study and training options or imagining future careers, Tahatū Career Navigator can help guide them from inspiration to action.
