Resources for completing Gateway data submissions
Resource | Guidance |
---|---|
Data Requirements for Gateway Actuals 2024 v0.3 (DOCX 216 KB) | These documents detail the data that the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) needs when you submit Gateway data submissions on DXP Ngā Kete. |
Reference data for Other Fund Actuals v1.0 (XLSX 70 KB) | The reference data lists values for specific fields referred to in the Data Requirements. Reference data is aligned to the Stats NZ definitions (where possible). |
Auckland Local Boards and possible postcodes (XLSX 227 KB) |
A list of post codes mapped to Territorial Authorities / Auckland Local Boards. This is not a definitive match as some postcodes do not always align with the Local Board Area, eg some postcodes split over up to four different Local Board Areas. It may be useful as a starting point in the selection of the correct Auckland Local Board Area for reporting. The best and most accurate method is to use Te Kaunihera o Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland Council website: Find your local board. |
