Deloitte investigation into WITT. They found WITT was overfunded for the delivery of Māori Performing Arts courses. Deloitte also found substandard reporting, attendance record keeping, management controls, and assessment practices for the programmes.

This follow-up audit by Deloitte looked at whether WITT was meeting the conditions of their Investment Plan. A particular focus was the Student Achievement Component. It investigated systems and controls across the all programmes.
