What is DXP Ngā Kete?

DXP Ngā Kete is a secure online portal that allows tertiary education organisations (TEOs) to share information with us and access information products.

DXP Ngā Kete provides an improved user experience for all TEOs. It will be a one-stop shop for data submissions, documents, registers (including courses and qualifications), user guides and information products.

The Data System Refresh (DSR) programme is releasing DXP Ngā Kete functionality incrementally over 2024 and 2025. DXP Ngā Kete will eventually replace:

• Workspace 2 (WS2)
• Services for Tertiary Education Organisations (STEO)
• Industry Training Register (ITR)
• Ngā Kete (for information products).

When do I start using DXP Ngā Kete?

Use DXP Ngā Kete now to:

• submit forecasting data, Investment Plans, strategic intent documents and reports for us to review
• access notices and documents we have published
• upload or add documents for us to review.

For now, continue to use WS2, STEO, ITR and Ngā Kete to:

• submit delivery data (including for Gateway and other templates including for Intensive Literacy and Numeracy [ILN], English Language Teaching [ELT] and Adult and Community Education [ACE])
• submit or upload all Fees Free delivery data and reports
• maintain course and qualification registers (STEO)
• submit single data returns (SDRs)
• submit ITR data
• view information products.

How can I access DXP Ngā Kete?

To get access to DXP Ngā Kete, go to the Ministry of Education’s Education Sector Logon (ESL) service desk.

Login to DXP Ngā Kete.

We recommend using the latest version of the following browsers for DXP Ngā Kete:

• Edge
• Firefox
• Safari for MacOS.
