Legislation to ensure that state-funded tertiary education institutions, state and integrated schools, and non-resident charities do not have to register with the Charities Commission to retain their tax-exempt status.

2008 regional facilitation round

The 2008 regional facilitation round will provide an opportunity for regional stakeholders and tertiary education organisations to identify significant new tertiary education gaps and priorities; and refine the 2007 regional statement analysis on gaps and priorities, based on any new stakeholder information and updated economic and demographic information.
