ACE - annual returns for schools and community providers
Annual reporting information for schools and community providers that deliver Adult and Community Education (ACE)
2009 annual return of school ACE programmes (RS44)
Schools that deliver Adult and Community Education (ACE) programmes are required to submit an annual return (RS44 report).
The RS44 report on 2009 provision must be completed as soon as the school’s ACE programme has ended for the year. The RS44 can be submitted to the TEC at any stage up until 31 March 2010.
The information that schools provide on the RS44 report for the 2009 year is the same as the information provided for the 2008 year.
Note: the funding schools are required to allocate to community organisations is 9.5% of their total ACE allocation for 2009.
2009 ACE final report for community providers
Community providers that received funding directly from the TEC for ACE delivery in 2009 are also required to submit a final report.
This final report template is now available and should be used for training delivered during 2009. The content is similar to the final report submitted by community providers for the previous year; however information on the achievement and/or progress toward meeting 2009 Investment Plan key performance indicators for ACE is also required.
Submitting your report
Reports are due at the end of the delivery of your organisation's ACE programme and must be provided before 31 March 2010.

2008 annual return
If you have not completed either the annual return for schools or the final report for community providers for ACE delivery in 2008, you must do so as soon as possible. They are now overdue.
If you only receive ACE Innovation and Development funding (ACE IDF), CLANZ , or Community funding through schools, please do not complete these 2008 reports.
