The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) has realigned its business operations to support tertiary education organisations (TEOs) to be accountable, self-improving and self-managing.
We are taking a more light-handed approach to working with TEOs.
The TEC Service Centre is now the primary point of contact for PTEs, OTEPs, REAPs and schools, however the Service Centre staff will not fulfil the same role that your Investment Advisor fulfilled in the past.
The changes signal a different way in which we do business with you. The TEC will be less involved with your day to day business, and reducing a number of compliance activities that you are currently involved in. Your organisation will continue to be responsible for meeting TEC requirements.
