Rural education activities programmes

REAPs[1] facilitate education for rural communities. There are 13 REAPs around the country, providing a wide range of educational programmes for adults and children living in rural areas.

The types of funding accessed by REAPs include:

• ACE[2] and ACE networks
• English for migrants, and
• intensive literacy and numeracy provision.
