Community education providers

There are many community education providers (CEPs) around the country that provide tertiary education to a wide range of learners. These organisations have a variety of structures and connections within their communities to other TEOs[1]

The types of funding most commonly accessed by community education providers include:

  • ACE[2]
  • ESOL[3]
  • specialist services for disadvantaged groups
  • intensive literacy and numeracy provision, and
  • Modern Apprenticeships co-ordination.

ACE Aotearoa represents many of the country’s ACE providers.

Visit the community education providers page on this website for more information.
