Condition EQT002: Equity funding expenditure exclusions

Equity Funding must not be used for any of the following:

• Capital works or items
• Compliance with statutory requirements, such as the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992
• The reduction of overall tuition fees for students at the tertiary education organisation (but funding can be used to provide direct financial support for existing students in the target groups).
