Rule SAC022: Course funding - eligibility

To be eligible for Student Achievement Component (SAC) or Youth Guarantee funding, a course must meet all of the following:

• Have the appropriate internal and/or external quality assurance
• Be part of a qualification approved for SAC funding
• Comply with fees policy requirements
• Be open to the public for enrolment.
