Rule MOR113: Gateway financial accounting - performance monitoring

The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) monitors delivery of Gateway provision through:

• the number of learners
• individual learning plans
• acquisition of qualifications, or credits towards them, by learners
• achievement of employment and further training outcomes by learners
• participation of Māori and Pacific learners
• any other matter or aspect of Gateway provision that the TEC reasonably considers relevant.

The TEC may wish to carry out a more general evaluation of the Gateway fund and/or the collection of data in relation to Gateway.
