Condition ENR078: SAC learner withdrawal period at PTEs

Private training establishments (PTEs) must not set the withdrawal date after which learners do not receive a fee refund at less than eight days, for courses of 3 months or longer duration.

Subject to this 8 day minimum, the minimum time period for a learner to withdraw from any course with a refund of fees is 10% of the course completed or one month completed, whichever is less. PTEs may specify a longer period for change of enrolment or withdrawal.

Learners withdrawing within the set period receive a full fee refund, less any administration fee advised in the enrolment information.
