Rule ENR018: Admission - recognised prior learning documentation review

The tertiary education organisation (TEOs) must review the documentation of recognised prior learning during the admission process to ensure the Tertiary Education Commission does not fund the learner twice for the same programme of study or other acquisition of learning.

TEOs must not claim funding for recognised prior learning credited to a learner.

Note: this applies to industry trainees as well as Student Achievement Component funded students.
