Rule ENR010: Domestic student status - domestic students studying overseas - invalid enrolments

A domestic student living overseas is not a valid enrolment for Student Achievement Component funding if the learner:

• is resident overseas and enrols at an overseas campus established by a New Zealand tertiary education organisation (TEO)
• travels overseas and enrols with an overseas provider
• is resident overseas and receives tuition primarily through an overseas site of a TEO, regardless of the site at which the learner is enrolled.
