This report presents the results of the distance and flexible education (DFE) capability assessment of the New Zealand institute of technology and polytechnic (ITP) sector. The capability assessment uses the e-Learning Maturity Model (eMM) tool. The eMM tool identifies 35 processes, shown by international research to be important for effective, sustainable e-learning in tertiary institutions.
