What is a significant amendment to an Investment Plan?

A significant amendment is change to an Investment Plan where the TEC has a funding interest. This includes:

  • any tertiary education programme or activity to which the TEC has approved funding via the Investment Plan
  • any of the performance indicators used to measure achievement of proposed outcomes for tertiary education programmes or activities for which the TEC has approved funding via the Investment Plan.
