If an international student is granted Permanent Residence status midway through their study, can the provider claim them as a domestic student?

Type:
Question

The student's status at the start of the course applies until the course ends. This therefore determines the fees the student pays, and the student's eligibility for SAC fund subsidies. The student can not be claimed as a domestic student for that course.

The student can be claimed as a domestic student for courses that start after the student gains residency, whether in the same or a different qualification.
