The Tertiary Funding Information (page 2801) and Funding Condition SAC 357 states that all provision to be sub-contracted out by PTEs for delivery in region(s) where the PTE is not already delivering that provision, must be discussed with the Service Centre. TEO's are advised to formally e-mail the TEC Service Centre, indicating what the PTE wishes to subcontract and why, and requesting permission to do so. This correspondence will be discussed with the appropriate Performance Analyst and a decision regarding the acceptability (or otherwise) of the proposal will be communicated back to the TEO.
