The Tertiary Funding Information (page 3612) states that TEOs are responsible for advising the TEC of significant shifts from the agreed mix of provision, and the rationale for any likely significant change in delivery.

TEOs are advised to formally write to the TEC Service Centre, indicating the nature of the significant shifts/changes they want to make, outlining their rationale for such, and seeking approval.

This correspondence will be discussed with the appropriate Performance Analyst and a decision regarding the acceptability (or otherwise) of the proposal will then be communicated back to the TEO.
