I have some under-delivery issues to raise with TEC, what do I do next?

Type:
Question

The Tertiary Funding Information (TFI page 2912) states that PTEs should raise significant shifts in delivery (i.e. potential under or over delivery) from those agreed in their Investment Plans with the TEC at the earliest possible time. TEO's are advised to formally e-mail the TEC Service Centre, indicating where the under/over delivery is expected to occur, and outlining their plans to either:

A: reduce the over delivery down to an acceptable level or

B: make changes to their mix of provision to help manage the under delivery issue.

This correspondence will be discussed with the appropriate TEC Performance Analyst and a decision regarding the acceptability (or otherwise) of the proposal will be communicated back to the TEO.
