I have entered my DA code and checked everything, but ERS tells me that the learner is ineligible?

The DA code can only be used once. If an error is made, a new request will need to be resubmitted to the TEC Service Centre.

Please also check that the details - learners name, programme, NSI and Edumis numbers, on the DA spreadsheet is correct as this is the information that is entered by the TEC Service Centre to generate the DA code. This information must match what you are entering into ERS.
