I have agreed various performance commitments in my Investment Plan but I can already see that I don't think I am going to meet those, what should I do?

Question

The Tertiary Funding Information (page 3607) says that if a TEO realises it will not meet the outcome or performance commitments agreed in its Investment Plan, the TEO should contact the TEC as soon as possible.

A TEO is advised to formally e-mail the TEC Service Centre, indicating the areas where it feels it will not meet stated outcome or performance commitments, outlining the reason for such, and seeking advice on next steps.

This correspondence will be discussed with the appropriate Performance Analyst and a decision regarding the next steps will then be communicated back to the TEO.
