    The DA code can only be used once. If an error is made, a new request will need to be resubmitted to the TEC Service Centre. Please also check that the details - learners name, programme, NSI and Edumis numbers, on the DA spreadsheet is correct as this is the information that is entered by the TEC Service Centre to generate the DA code.   • Can a DA Request Form be faxed/scanned/posted from the TEO? Can I request for my DA code to be faxed to me?

    No. The DA Request Form must be completed electronically on-line and emailed to the TEC Service Centre . Once received, the Service Centre will then complete the spreadsheet with the required information and email this back to the TEO.

  • What types of Investment Plan changes can be proposed?

    Three types of change can be proposed to an approved Investment Plan. They are: an amendment a significant amendment a replacement Investment Plan.

    There is no guarantee that you will be successful in applying for funding, even if you meet all of the funding requirements above. For example, this may be because of the limited funding available.

  • We are a Private Training Establishment seeking funding for the first time - Do I need an Investment Plan?

    If you are successful in applying for on-Plan or aligned funding for the first time, you will then be asked to submit an Investment Plan. PTEs submit Investment Plans through an on-line tool. This tool is accessed through Workspace. To access Workspace, you will need ESAA access (Education Sector Authentication and Authorisation). This service is provided by the Ministry of Education .

    Please fill out a 2 month labour market outcome form and send to the TEC Service Centre noting the reasons for the required change. If verified as accurate, and if within reporting time frames, the TEC Service Centre will change the result for you.

  • How do I change my start/end dates for my current programme?

    Please send a request in writing to the TEC Service Centre for changes to be actioned or contact the TEC Service Centre for clarification.

  • How do I change my recess dates?

    Please send a request in writing to the TEC Service Centre prior to recess dates occurring for changes to be actioned.

  • Can I change my cycle payment?

    This can only be changed before students are enrolled. A request can be made in writing to the TEC Service Centre .

  • What do I do if I've changed my bank account?

  • If an international student is granted Permanent Residence status midway through their study, can the provider claim them as a domestic student?
