Your employees will be able to undertake Industry Training toward a level 2 and/or 4 National Certificate - so you can talk to your Industry Training Organisation (ITO) about Industry Training options. You can also ask your ITO whether it has considered applying for your industry to join the Modern Apprenticeships Programme, and put your views forward.
