Yes. All schools in receipt of Gateway funding will need to have an approved Plan.

Yes. The average number of credits achieved per learner must meet or exceed the national standard of 10 credits on the NQF.

Yes, within 5 days of the student ceasing a Gateway placement.

Schools are required to send 3 month student outcomes to TEC and details of learner credit result achievements.

Students must be in years 11, 12 or 13, and be capable of undertaking a structured work for placement, and attaining credits in the workplace. See section 6 of the Gateway Handbook for more details.

Unit results to the TEC are due no later that March 31 for the preceding year. NB: NZQA has different reporting requirements. 3 month student outcome results are due in to TEC 3 months from the withdrawal date of the student. See the Gateway Handbook for more details.
