Performance Measurement System

The Performance Measurement System (PMS) provides the base data for compilation and analysis of tertiary education statistics on trainee enrolments and outcomes. This information is used for reporting and monitoring purposes, including monitoring the results each ITO achieves against its Investment Plan.

ITOs submit PMS data quarterly. Quarters are cumulative, as follows:

Quarter 1:	1 January – 31 March	due 12 April 2010
Quarter 2:	1 January - 30 June	due 12 July 2010
Quarter 3:	1 January – 30 September	due 12 October 2010
Quarter 4:	1 January – 31 December	due 12 January 2011
