Principle-based exceptions regime

The TEC’s Board of Commissioners have agreed to a number of principle-based exceptions to the operational policy for 2011. Details of these exceptions are available.

Consultation

In 2010 the TEC consulted on possible changes to the operational policy governing industry training. Details on those papers and the responses to them are available. Finalised policy from this consultation is below.
