Out of region provision—ITPs

The TES and Plan Guidance outline the need for ITPs to have a specific delivery focus on their region to enable local access to appropriate tertiary provision.

Changes to, or introduction of delivery outside an ITPs local catchment, need to be discussed with the relevant Investment Manager as part of the Investment Planning process.
