Change: The following text was added to the introduction

"Organisations registered with NZQA (for example PTEs and those OTEPs that are also registered as PTEs) supply financial performance information to NZQA. Universities, ITPs and wānanga supply financial information in their annual reporting to Parliament. Other organisations (for example schools and REAPs) report to the Ministry of Education.

A small number of organisations do not report their financial information to Government, and are not registered with NZQA as PTEs. These organisations must complete and return the attached annual attestation to the TEC as prescribed under Condition MOR114[1]."

Change: The following Rules and Conditions were removed from the table:
