Investment Plan—non-compliance
If a TEO realises it will not meet the outcome or performance commitments agreed in its Investment Plan, the TEO should contact us as soon as possible as required under Rule MOR106[1].
TEIs and ITOs should contact their Investment Manager. Other TEOs should contact the Service Centre.
