Managing non-compliance

Non-compliance involves a breach of any of the following:

• the requirements of legislation, for example the Education Act 1989, Industry Training Act 1992, Modern Apprenticeship Training Act 2000 etc. 
• the rules and conditions set out in the Minister of Education's determination of funding mechanisms, or by us in developing the operational details of the mechanisms
• agreements set out in the Investment Plan.
