Signing the enrolment form

Learners must sign their enrolment form, whether it is electronic or paper-based to:

If a learner has a legal guardian or has granted power of attorney to someone else, then that person may sign the application on the learner’s behalf.

Rule ENR055[1] requires the TEO to also sign the enrolment form before including the enrolment within the SDR.

    Rule ENR055: Enrolment offer - TEO signature

    The tertiary education organisation (TEO) must sign learners’ enrolment forms, on paper or electronically, to declare the documentation is accurate and complete. Once the TEO has made this declaration, it must include the learners' information in the Single Data Return.
