Counter-signing
TEOs are required under Rule ENR058[1] to sign a learner’s signed enrolment form, to confirm that:
- the learner has proved his or her identity
- the learner is eligible for the TEO's claim for SAC funding
- the learner has met admission requirements
- the learner has a reasonable chance of success in the qualification
- the details on the enrolment form have been checked and found correct
- the steps in the enrolment process required by us have been followed.
