Youth Guarantee payments
Youth Guarantee payments (i.e. the $4,500 per place additional Youth Guarantee funding) will be recovered for any delivery that has been below 100% of a TEO’s 2011 allocation.
Cross-year funding
For Youth Guarantee students who started studying in mid-2011, TEOs will be required to manage the costs of these students completing their year of Youth Guarantee study in 2012 through their 2012 allocations. IE. 2011 allocations can not be carried over into 2012. All unused 2011 Youth Guarantee SAC funding will be recovered.
Performance-linked funding
Performance-linked funding will be introduced in 2012, based on 2011 performance. Therefore, Youth Guarantee performance in 2011 will be included in performance linked funding calculations for SAC provision. From 2012 Youth Guarantee performance will no longer be included in SAC performance linked funding calculations.
