Monitoring/Reporting
TEO[1]s and employers that receive Workplace Literacy funding will report on and be monitored against the performance indicators and delivery commitments agreed with us through:
- the Investment Plan for TEOs
- the Funding Agreement for employers.
We may also monitor:
- Number of learners
- Learner hours
- NSN[2]s of learners
- Regions of delivery
- Any other information required by us to monitor the achievement of outcomes.
From 2011, recipients of Workplace Literacy funding must use the Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool for those learners whose skills fall within the Learning Progressions. Evidence of learners improving their literacy and numeracy skills as measured by the Assessment Tool may also be considered by the TEC as part of measuring performance.
