Monitoring and Reporting
Each participating university will complete and submit to the TEC by 31 March 2010, a report stating the percentage of scholarships it has allocated.
If any participating university has allocated less than 100% of the agreed number of scholarships, the TEC will recover funding equal to the proportion of unallocated scholarships.
