Eligibility
Eligible TEIs
TEIs[1] are only eligible for this fund if they have received funding for the SSG: Special Education before 2008.
TEIs receiving the SSG: Special Education funding must meet all the requirements of Condition TRA022, which specifies performance expectations, the learning environment and the learner and stakeholder information needs that must be met.
Eligible learners
Rule TRA021 specifies that learners must be domestic students aged 16 years or older.
There are some groups of domestic students to whom it is unlikely that funding from the SSG: Special Education would apply, for example international Doctoral students.

Condition TRA023 specifies what funding from the SSG: Special Education must not be used for.
