Modern Apprenticeships - STM component

Purpose

Modern Apprenticeships is a training pathway intended to encourage young people to participate in formal industry training leading to qualifications at levels 3-4 on the NZQF[1].

Modern Apprenticeships make it easy for employers to recruit and train talented young people and provide them with an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
MACs[2] are used to help both employers and apprentices to find each other, as well as give advice and support along the way.
