Payment
Payments are made in monthly instalments, on the first banking day of each month.
From 2011 Intensive Literacy and Numeracy funding will no longer be paid in 12 equal monthly payments. Payments will be as follows:
- Equal monthly payments from January to June 2011 will make up 48% of each TEO's annual funding allocation.
- The remaining 52% will be paid through equal monthly payments from July to December 2011.

Final reports are due in January with programme funding subject to a washup. Recovery of funds will be based on the assessment of the final report.
