Eligibility

Trainees

Eligible trainees must meet the citizenship, age and enrolment criteria specified under Rule ITO010.

TEOs

Only ITOs are eligible for embedded literacy and numeracy funding.

ITOs may not deliver training or have an ownership stake in the TEO[1] under Rule ITO005[2].
