Reporting

Forms must be completed and submitted in accordance with the Gateway Handbook and Condition MOR021[1]:

Schools are required to report on Gateway through the Electronic Receipting System (ERS). For more information on the implementation of ERS, please see the Gateway Handbook and the ERS section of this website.

Records must be kept as specified in Condition MOR022[2].

    Condition MOR021: Gateway reporting

    The following forms must be completed and submitted to the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) in accordance with the Gateway Handbook:

    • Gateway student details form
    • Gateway student withdrawal form
    • Three month labour market outcome form
    • The details of learner credit results.

    Condition MOR022: Gateway financial accounting - management of any credit balance

    Schools must keep sufficient financial records and accounts relating to funds received and paid out for the purposes of Gateway delivery to enable a balance to be identified both throughout the year and at the end of each calendar year.

    Schools must negotiate with the Tertiary Education Commission regarding the use of any credit balance that may have accrued.
