Information for providers

English for Migrants providers should ensure that their programmes address a number of government priorities:

• Literacy, Language, and Numeracy Action Plan for 2008-2012 (PDF, 155 Kb)
• Tertiary Education Strategy 
• The Adult ESOL Strategy
• Adult and Community Education (ACE) Information.

The following templates are available to English for Migrants course providers:

• English for Migrants Enrolment form/Tax invoice (Word doc, 83 kb)
1. Course providers should send a copy of the invoice to our Service Centre two weeks after a student's enrolment.
2. Please note we will only accept original double-sided hard copies.
• The English for Migrants Mid-year Programme Report
1. This is a web-based annual reporting template for all providers.
2. This must be completed and submitted to the Service Centre by 30 June of each year.
• English for Migrants course directory
1. This is a template for EfM providers to submit their 2012 course details which will be published in the 2012 EfM Course Directory.
2. The template must be completed and submitted to the Service Centre by 31 January 2012.
3. Please do not change the template format but do include GST in all your price quotes.
