Responsibilities
Our Service Centre has a number of different responsibilities including:
- support for users of our systems such as Electronic Receipting System and Workspace
- the administration and authorisation of payments to tertiary education organisations (TEOs) for various funds
- authorising TEO[1] and learner bank account details in our systems
- qualification, course and training site approvals for various types of TEOs
- data entry and administrative support for specific funds
- assessment of funding applications
- preparation of funding agreements
- assessment of TEO deliverables reports
- management of TEO records
- processing of single data returns.
