Responsibilities

Our Service Centre has a number of different responsibilities including:

  • support for users of our systems such as Electronic Receipting System and Workspace
  • the administration and authorisation of payments to tertiary education organisations (TEOs) for various funds
  • authorising TEO[1] and learner bank account details in our systems
  • qualification, course and training site approvals for various types of TEOs
  • data entry and administrative support for specific funds
  • assessment of funding applications
  • preparation of funding agreements
  • assessment of TEO deliverables reports
  • management of TEO records
  • processing of single data returns.
