Service Centre
This website aims to provide you with all the information you need to work with us or to learn about the tertiary education sector. It also enables you to ask questions online. The Service Centre is the main channel for person-to-person contact with us.
Our service level targets state that we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and will generally do so using the same communication channel as the enquiry.
In an effort to always improve our service, the TEC has created a short online survey for users or organisation who have used the Service Centre to tell us how we are performing.
