Organisations that received Workplace Literacy (WPL) and/or Intensive Literacy and Numeracy Funding (ILN) in 2011 must submit a final report. The final ILN & WPL reports are due by January 31 2012.
For TEOs that receive ILN funding, the final report will include:
- Number of learners (enrolled)
- Learner hours (delivered)
- NSNs of any learners not reported in previous updates
- Summary of learner demographics
- Regions of delivery
- Declaration that confirms that:
- every learner’s progress has been monitored
- before and after assessments of literacy and numeracy have occurred using the Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool for learners whose skills fall within the Learning Progressions, and
- the performance indicator(s) have been met.
For TEOs that receive WPL funding and Employee targeted WPL, the final report will include:
- Total number of learners (enrolled)
- Total learner hours (delivered)
- NSNs of any learners not reported in previous updates
- Summary of learner demographics
- Declaration that confirms that:
- every learner’s progress has been monitored
- before and after assessments of literacy and numeracy have occurred
- performance indicators have been met
- Employer details (name, region of delivery, number of learners)
- Agreed business outcomes and whether or not those outcomes were met
- Description of business commitment and expertise developed and implemented at the conclusion of the programme.
